I love me a biscuit biiiiiitch. I was told my many friends to come here for a breakfast sandwich and I'm glad I was able to come. The service is top tier and that's with them calling you bitch but in a playful manner of course! They don't have any indoor seating but they have small tables and chairs right outside.

An amazing selection of broths, and ingredients. Appetizers like chicken wings and fried rice cakes w/ black sugar are also must haves. Sauce bar has good variety and the fruit is perfect for when you need a palate cleanser. There's a 2 hour time limit, can request for ice cream at the end, and only con is I wish their pork belly is more reminiscent of actual pork belly, it usually looks like a random sliced cut of pork

I've been to Happy Lamb before and it never disappoints. Even though we didn't pay for the sauce bar, everything was still very delicious. the spicy soup base was really good and we got free ice cream afterwards which was really nice. The service was very nice and it was a pretty good place to go after a long tip.

always ask for a window booth during afternoon for the best view. me and my friend drove from olympia for this place and it was astounding. lunch weekday is $30 ish per person which is nice..better then $45 during the busy weekends and sauce was free

An excellent spot for large groups, celebrating birthdays, etc! It's very spacious with bright lights and a cheerful ambiance overall. We had a group of about 12 people so we were seated in a party room and the service was top-notch and super attentive! The food was amazing - broths were flavorful and we had very generous portion sizes. I recommend the fried rice dishes, any meats, noodles, and tofu. The seafood are great options as well! We had a notable wait time, though it was on a Saturday and for a large group so I can't dock too many points there. Highly recommended to come on your birthday because of the deals!

Visited Happy Lamb Hotpot for lunch on a Saturday with friends. Ambiance: There were snacks and beverages while waiting for a table. We got seated promptly. The restaurant is clean with comfortable seating, enhancing the dining experience. Food: We opted for the regular all-you-can-eat menu, offering a wide variety of options and you can order up to 3 rounds. Premium menu choices feature higher quality meats. We added the sauce bar option for $2.99/person, providing unlimited sauces, fruits, and appetizers. However, some sauces were out and not refilled promptly. Customer Service: While the staff was friendly, their attentiveness could improve. We had to flag them down several times for soup broth and water refills, even during slower periods. Overall, Happy Lamb Hotpot offers reasonable pricing and a decent dining experience. I wouldn't mind giving it another shot.

Great hot pot restaurant. When the staff is ready to take you back for your reservation, they will ask if you want the all you can eat or regular menu. I didn't know the difference so we chose regular menu. It was a typical hot pot menu. I did like that It included the sauce bar which had appetizers and desserts. There was very little instruction from our waitress. We figured it out. I'm and enjoyed our selections. The location in the international district also has private rooms - off to the side. I was pleased to see this its nice option for hosting.

I love coming here for the all you can eat hot pot. The food is fresh and delicious and the service is attentive. This place gets really packed during peak hours and there could be a long wait queue, so I like dining here before 6 pm or making sure I join the waitlist ahead of time. The all you can eat menu has a lot to offer and you can have up to 3 rounds of food. Most of the time I can only do 1-2 rounds even with a group. Some of my favorites from the all you can eat menu are the house original marrow broth, fresh thick noodle, house cilantro lamb meatballs, bean curd roll, natural marbled lamb, USDA choice Angus beef, pork belly, napa cabbage, tong ho, and fortune pack with shrimp and roe. One of my favorite restaurants in Seattle!
